I have lived my life walking between two realms—the physical and the spiritual—guided by experiences that shaped my awareness early on. My childhood was marked by encounters with unseen presences, shifting energies, and quiet spiritual communication that felt familiar rather than frightening, as though these forces had known me long before I could name them.
The women in my family have long carried strong spiritual gifts, and I am honored to continue this lineage. As my own abilities awaken and expand, I embrace them with reverence, responsibility, and respect for the energies I encounter. My path is not one of fear, but of understanding—rooted in intuition, spiritual connection, and a deep awareness of the unseen.
Today, I serve as a paranormal investigator, supported by my dedicated team members, and guided not only by evidence and experience but also by spiritual discernment. My purpose is to help others understand the paranormal through knowledge, compassion, and truth—replacing fear with awareness and confusion with clarity. When spiritual or paranormal activity intensifies, I remain grounded and centered, trusting my intuition and honoring the energies present rather than resisting them.
As my spiritual journey continues to unfold, I am devoted to learning, growth, and sharing this sacred path with others. The paranormal is not simply a fascination—it is a calling. I was born and raised in Waco, Texas, a place rich with history, energy, and stories that linger just beneath the surface. From an early age, I felt a deep spiritual connection to the paranormal and an unshakable awareness that this world is only part of a much larger existence. I have always known there is more beyond what we experience in the present—more than what can be seen, heard, or explained.
My desire to become more in tune with the spirit world grew from that knowing. I believe spirits walk among us every day, sharing the same spaces we do, carrying stories, memories, and emotions waiting to be understood. These unseen presences have never filled me with fear, but rather with curiosity, respect, and a deep sense of purpose.
Alongside this spiritual sensitivity, I bring a rich background in Catholicism that has shaped my approach to paranormal work. Through years of faith-based study and training, I have been professionally trained in home cleansings, blessings, and spiritual protection. This foundation allows me to approach each case with reverence, balance, and responsibility, ensuring that spiritual well-being is always prioritized.
My journey into paranormal investigations is guided by intuition, compassion, and a genuine desire to listen. Each investigation is an opportunity to uncover hidden truths, provide comfort, and honor the stories of those who exist beyond the veil. Working closely with my team, I strive to bring understanding to the unseen while offering prayer, cleansing, and blessings when needed—helping others recognize that we are never truly alone.

Chris Mayfield
From an early age, I have been deeply fascinated by the unknown. Growing up, I experienced and witnessed events that could not be easily explained, sparking a lifelong curiosity about paranormal investigations and the unseen forces that may exist beyond our understanding. These early encounters pushed me to search for answers, leading me to join a local paranormal investigation team where I trained, gained hands-on experience, and learned the importance of proper investigative methods, evidence collection, and historical research.
With over 15 years of experience in law enforcement and currently serving as an Investigator for a Sheriff’s Office, I bring a disciplined, analytical, and evidence-based approach to every investigation. My professional background has trained me to remain calm under pressure, think critically, and follow facts rather than assumptions. This mindset is essential in paranormal research, where emotions and fear can often cloud judgment. I strongly believe in attempting to debunk unexplained activity by ruling out environmental, mechanical, and natural explanations before concluding that a situation may be paranormal in nature. Only after every logical possibility has been explored do I consider the unknown.
As a member of Beyond the Paranormal Veil, I focus on thorough case documentation, audio and video evidence review, EVP analysis, and detailed witness interviews. I take pride in conducting respectful, ethical, and responsible investigations, especially when working with families or property owners who may be experiencing distressing activity. My goal is not only to seek evidence, but also to bring clarity, reassurance, and understanding to those searching for answers. I strive to foster a spiritual connection with those involved, ensuring that my team members and I approach each investigation with compassion and respect.
Driven by a genuine passion for the paranormal, I am constantly expanding my knowledge through research, training, and hands-on investigations. Whether exploring historic locations, private residences, or long-forgotten sites, I remain committed to uncovering the truth, separating fact from fear, and shedding light on the mysteries that lie beyond the veil.

Hello, everyone. I am the daughter of Chris Mayfield (not the individual formerly known as “Bang”). I am a young adult with a strong interest in paranormal investigations and research. While I am still learning and at times unsure of what to say, I am deeply eager to observe, listen, and gain experience from our seasoned team members.
Following in my father’s footsteps, I am committed to developing my own skills within the field of paranormal investigation. I value hands-on learning, respectful observation, and ethical research practices, and I am excited to grow alongside this team as I continue to build knowledge and confidence in the paranormal field and deepen my spiritual connection.

As a Junior Team Member with Beyond the Paranormal Veil Paranormal Investigations, she brings a genuine curiosity and a growing passion for paranormal research. As a young adult entering the field of paranormal investigations, she is eager to learn through observation, hands-on experience, and mentorship from seasoned investigators.
She plays an important supporting role during investigations by assisting with equipment setup, documentation, and careful observation of activity, all while following established investigative and safety protocols. Though still developing her voice and confidence in the field, her willingness to listen, learn, and grow makes her a valuable part of the team members.
Guided by experienced investigators and inspired by family roots in paranormal research, she is dedicated to building her own skills, knowledge, and ethical approach to investigating the unexplained and fostering a spiritual connection with the unknown.
